These Workshops are by far my most popular & clients can choose the length of the Workshop from 30 mins to a full day. Mindfulness is one of the most powerful solutions to reducing stress and anxiety, if you incorporate it into your daily life it can rewire your brain for the positive. Mindfulness is about living more in the present moment rather than the past or future, being aware of your surroundings (instead of living in auto-pilot) and learning techniques to help you to relax and enjoy life.
As a Photography teacher there is nothing I love more than showing people how to turn their snapshots into professional looking photos. I teach both indoor and outdoor photography and have studio lights and props (if you would like to learn portrait), product, flat-lay or photo booth type photos. You could even create your own Photographic Artwork for your workplace walls. These photography Workshops are so much fun and really help employees to bond and work together as a team. You can bring your own camera, use your phone camera, or I have 2 professional SLR cameras you can use.
CREATIVE HOLISTIC ARTS THERAPY
Art Therapy is very powerful and lets you put your thoughts and emotions onto paper instead of verbally expressing them. Art Therapy is about the process of Art and not the end result, and the good news is - you do not have to be an artist at all to do it. Art therapy helps children, adolescents, and adults explore their emotions, improve self-esteem, manage addictions, relieve stress, improve symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as cope with physical illness or disability. It is very therapeutic and can be very emotional yet rewarding. We all need to release those stuck emotions in order to move forward in life.
MORNING MINDSET SESSION
The first thing you do when you wake up in the morning can be the difference between a good and a bad day. Learn how to create the best start in the morning so you are releasing positive chemicals before you even bounce out of bed. Learn how to have a great day with journalling, coping strategies, positive affirmations, releasing stuck energy and reducing brain fog. Routine is key - so no more sick days by procrastinating and overthinking your day before it has even begun!
SELF-LOVE & CONFIDENCE SESSION
In these trying times it is important to really look after yourself and learn to be your own best friend. It shows in your confidence, and gives you an energy that people pick up on when they are in your presence. Be confident in yourself and really know your worth by creating boundaries as to what you will and will not tolerate with other people. Sometimes creating worksheets on who you are as a person and what you want in life will guide you down the correct path to a happier and healthier life.
