Art Journalling into 2020


So excited to start Art Journalling Workshops in 2020. Art Journalling is a great way of expressing your thoughts and feelings, both in your past and present. We do not use our imagination as often as we should so being about to control when you use your conscious and sub-conscious mind is a great learnt behaviour.


YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE CREATIVE TO ATTEND A SESSION

IT IS MORE ABOUT EXPRESSING YOURSELF .....

Art Therapy is another way to heal without talking

You can express yourself through creativity

Work at your own pace on past trauma

Be more positive and increase your self esteem

Learn strategies for stress and anxiety

Stimulate your whole brain

Great if you feel lost and need direction and guidance

Holistic Art Therapy is about healing the whole body

and has many many more benefits!!
