Step 2: You'll receive a confirmation email once you sign up. This includes details of how to book in for your first session, together with a client form which must be completed before our first session.

A few notes:

• Sessions are usually booked one-week apart.
• As I have a steady stream of clients if you are late to a session it may result in your appointment being cut short. I will do my best to keep on time for all clients so please make sure you begin to log-on about ten minutes before your appointment starts.
• All 3-sessions must be used within a 3-month period. You may forfeit your payment if contact cannot be made over this period.
• All sessions need to be followed up & progress noted, which is why I offer a minimum of 3.
• I am a Holistic Counsellor & Art therapist so sessions can include both.
